Amano Popsicles began in 2021 with a love for family and a passion for flavor. Founded by a Maryland native and his wife from Colombia, the idea was born during their travels together. In Colombia, they discovered the country’s vibrant, fruit-forward ice creams flavors so fresh and bold they became the inspiration behind Amano.
The name “Amano” means “by hand” in Spanish, a reflection of our commitment to artisan quality and small-batch production. Every popsicle is crafted with authentic Colombian fruit and Italian gelato, using just a few simple ingredients to keep the flavors pure and natural.
Our mission goes beyond taste. By partnering with local farms in Colombia, we help increase fruit consumption, reduce waste, and support sustainable farming practices.
